Austin Cook

Austin Cook joined the team in January 2026. Before stepping into the bankruptcy world, she worked in HOA management, where she handled a wide range of administrative tasks, everything from organizing documents to helping residents navigate day‑to‑day issues. Over time, she realized she wanted to use her organizational skills and compassionate nature in a role that felt more meaningful and people‑focused.

Austin grew up in Granite Bay and graduated from Granite Bay High School in 2011. After moving away for a couple of years to San Diego, she returned back home and pursued her love of animals by earning her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology in 2021 from Carrington College; a path that strengthened her natural compassion and love for helping others.

Austin now resides in Lincoln CA where she is happiest when she’s in her kitchen cooking up something delicious for her family and friends. When she’s not experimenting with new recipes, she’s usually chasing after her wild toddler, who keeps life busy and full of laughter. She also loves spending time outdoors playing golf with her husband, and when she gets a quiet moment to herself, she enjoys painting.
